2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings can be made online on our webiste, via WhatsApp, or by phone. A deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are deducted from your final balance. Please ensure accurate details(address, vehicle type, chosen service) are provided at the time of booking. Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or service duration.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed bookings may result in the loss of deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in the event of severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
4. Service Conditions
The vehicle must be parked in a safe, accessible, and legal area before we begin work. Please ensure we have access to a working water tap and electrical outlet (if required). We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is in an unsuitable condition (e.g., excessive mud, hazardous materials, infestation, or biohazard). Additional charges may apply if the vehicle condition exceeds standard cleaning expectations. Addresses exceeding 5 miles from Wickford, Essex will incur an additional charge, which will be agreed prior to booking.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment. Prices are not subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
6. Liability
While every care is taken during cleaning and detailing, Xquisite Detailing Ltd shall not be held liable for: – Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear to vehicle surfaces. – Damage resulting from faulty seals, degraded paint, or improper previous repairs. – Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before their appointment.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your detail, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and, if appropriate, readdress the issue.
8. Loyalty & Referral Programmes
Loyalty rewards (e.g., 10th service free) apply only to completed, full-priced bookings. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Referral discounts apply when a referred customer completes their first paid service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reward schemes at any time without prior notice.
9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers and promotional codes must be presented at the time of booking. They cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. Expiry dates and usage conditions are clearly stated on each voucher or promotion.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All customer information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Personal data is used solely for booking, communication, and loyalty management. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
